Carpet Update + Sanctuary Reset Help This Saturday

Hey Mission Church,

The carpet in the sanctuary has been ripped up, and the glue is being scraped as we speak! We are so thankful for all the help, prayers, and financial gifts that made this possible. Our prayer is that we would steward this gift from the Lord well—and that this building would continue to be a gospel beacon for generations to come.

SLIGHT CHANGE OF PLANS

Due to a miscommunication, only the upstairs (including the staircase) will be completed this week. The downstairs flooring won’t be finished until next week. What does that mean for setup? Not much. We’ll do a minimal setup in the nursery and leave the reset room empty for this Sunday. Thank you again for your patience as we work through the final stages.

WE NEED YOUR HELP

The sanctuary flooring will be completed by Friday evening, which means we need to fully reset the room. We’ll meet this Saturday at 10AM to move chairs and other items back into place. It shouldn’t take long—the more hands we have, the faster it’ll go! Coffee and donuts will be ready when you arrive.

The moment pastor Billy realized we had to reset the sanctuary.

THANK YOU

One of my favorite moments in this process was sitting under the Word this past Sunday in that bright, refreshed room—and hearing all of you sing loud for the King. We’re getting ready to launch into the fall with the hope of Jesus, and I’m so grateful for what God is doing among us.
