Family Sunday
This is a special Sunday when a five Sunday months happens. Only Nursery and PreK classrooms are open. This is a cool opportunity for families to worship together as the older kids sit in the service the entire time. What an opportunity it is to show your kids what it is like to listen to a sermon, maybe take notes, take communion, and fellowship with the rest of the church body.
This is also an opportunity for your kids to participate in serving on a Sunday. When we invite our kids to serve on Family Sunday, our hope is that they feel even more involved in the life of Mission Church. If you think you're child would be interested in greeting or helping in kids or other areas, please email me at, kids@missionchurchnc.com.
So if you see a child greeting you this next Sunday, or refilling the coffee stations, be sure to say HI!
Hannah Glosson serves as our Director of Kids Ministry, overseeing the ministry as a whole, coordinating and supporting our Kids volunteers, and helping create a welcoming, Christ-centered environment for children and families.
Beyond her role in Kids Ministry, Hannah faithfully serves our church in many ways as a valued member of our staff. She and her husband, Billy, our Lead Pastor, are the proud parents of their son, Sammy.
