The Weekly - Jan. 3rd

As we finished our our Christmas playlist we looked at Simeon’s Song this past Sunday. We were called to: Believe in Jesus as the one who saves us.

Application Questions:

  1. How does the humility of Christ stir me to humble myself?‌

  2. In light of Jesus' ultimate sacrifice, how do I approach my own wrongdoings and sins? Do I truly believe and accept that Jesus paid the price for them?

  3. Am I living in the fullness of God’s presence since the vile has been torn?

  4. As I look into the new year how can I rejoice in the redemption I have in Jesus?

If you miss any of the sermons, you can find them all here.

Kids Moment

“When I’m older!” “When I’m taller!” Every kid is excited to grow up — even if it’s just to finally ride that big kid roller coaster they’ve had their eye on. This five-week series is about another kid who grew up — Jesus! Through stories from Jesus’ early life and ministry, kids will learn five important truths to help them continue growing: God guides us to safety, we can love God with our actions, we can follow Jesus, God makes us ready at the right time, and God's words help us make wise choices.
